Judy E. Jones, 76, of Rock Spring, went home to be with the Lord on  Sunday, June 18, 2017 in a local hospital.  A lifelong resident of North Georgia, she was preceded in death by her husband:  Otis “Sonny” Jones;  her parents:  Evelyn and Henry Wilson.

She is survived by a sister Sharon (Gene) Hutcherson, Rock Spring;  3 grandchildren:  Brandy Defoor, Ringgold, Nicholas Jones, Ringgold, and Derek Jones, Dalton;  2 great-grandchildren:  Zoey and Jayden Defoor;  3 nephews:  Paul (Debbie) Wheeler, Chris (Julie) Wheeler Sr, and Brian (Rose)  Wilson and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday in the Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chris Eaves officiating.  Interment will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens South.  Pallbearers will be:  Landon Wheeler, Holden Wheeler, Chris Wheeler Jr., Josh Wheeler, Nicholas Jones, Bobby Cagle,  Chris Wheeler, Sr. and Paul Wheeler, Derek Jones

The family will receive friends from 5-8 PM today at Heritage Funeral Home, Battlefield Parkway.
