James Earl Billingsley, 62, of Ringgold, passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at a local hospital.  James was born December 12, 1955, in New Jersey to Earl and Betty Jo Billingsley.  He was a resident of Ringgold, Ga for the past 30 years having moved from San Antonio, TX.  In his free time James enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.  James is preceded in death by his mother, Betty Jo Cash Peade, and sister, Tammy Tabor.

James is survived by his wife of 40 years Theresa Billingsley; sons, James Billingsley Jr., Ringgold, Dakota (Anna) Billingsley, Dalton, Ga, Christian Billingsley, Chattanooga, and Collier Billingsley, Ringgold; father, Earl (Maria) Billingsley; brothers, William Billingsley, San Antonio, TX, and Danny Peade, Virginia; sisters, Ann Sanders, Tullahoma, Judy Fowlkes and Mary Rogers, Virginia, Pam Zimmerman; grandchildren, Tasia, Jaden, and Avery; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 11 AM, Wednesday, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Tony Angel officiating.  Interment will be in Anderson Memorial Gardens.
